Though the farmers markets take a break for the fall and winter season, many of our local producers keep right on supplying us with the fruits of their labors.
Below is a list of some of the farms offering products through the fall and winter. They’ve even got your holiday roast needs covered! All meat and eggs listed below are approved as required by WSDA (poultry, eggs) or USDA (beef, lamb, pork).

Burnt Valley Farm – Pete & Joan Thompson
Burnt Valley Farm has 200 young layers to ensure plentiful supply of eggs this winter. Fall processing will provide 200 meat chickens, several turkeys, and more pastured pork.

Dreamswept Farm – Tamea Denault
Dreamswept Farm has lamb shanks, roasts, chops, steaks, and organ meats. Call 509-738-2077 for info.
Front Porch Farm – The Acheson Family

Some roasts readily available in the shop; specific cuts and specific sizes available with 2 – 3 weeks’ notice. Popular holiday roasts include Beef Standing Rib Roasts (aka bone-in rib roast), Beef Prime Rib Roast (aka boneless rib roast), Boneless Pork Loin Roasts, Pork Tenderloin, Leg of Lamb (bone-in or boneless), fully cooked smoked Hams of any size (bone-in or boneless). Smokey Ridge also smokes turkeys from non-local sources.
Winniford Family Farm – Andrew & Kristine Winniford
